No you don’t have to register to view or purchase from the site . A customer can use the guest checkout system if they wish to make purchases, however if you register the checkout process is quicker.

We have three simple steps for ordering:

Step3: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located on the top right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details.
- How do I get my Tax invoice?
Your tax invoice will be emailed to you directly after your purchase.
- Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?
You can cancel or change your order before you submitted the payment. Usually we process your order once the payment has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. If the item has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
- Why would some of the items in my shopping cart no longer be available when I check out?
Our stock is managed on a first check out - first sold basis. If the item you have selected is no longer available when you check out , that means someone has completed the check out before you. However, should this happen and you do not wish to choose an alternative, please contact us and we can let you know when new stock will be arriving.
- How do I check my order status?
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order within 1 - 2 working days. Tracking information will then be available on request via email.
- Where can I find my previous orders record?
Simply login your account, then click on "My Account". All your previous orders will be shown.
- Why do I receive a different item to what I have ordered?
We apologise for what may have been an error incurred from our dispatch centre. Please contact us with your order number. We will resolve this mistake as soon as possible.

We do not accept money order or cheque, as these payment methods will slow down our dispatch time and ultimately, the time to deliver your item will be prolonged.

You can pay by Bank Deposit, it will allow you to pay from your bank account via internet banking service.

- How long does it take to confirm my payment?
Credit card payments will clear at the end of the business day and bank transfer payments clear in 1 - 2 business days.

We deliver all over Australia.
- What is the cost of delivery?
Cost of delivery to all metropolitan areas in Australia can be calculated on the site at check out. If your are unable to calculate the cost of delivery to areas outside metropolitan areas please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1 -2 working days of being recieved. Delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working days after the order and payment has been recieved.
- How is my order shipped?
All our orders are shipped using Australia Post, TOLL Ipec, TNT Couriers or similar to ensure a fast and reliable service. For more details please look in our Terms & Conditions. If you require a next day delivery you will need to email us at email@example.com to organise the next day delivery and price.
- When will you ship out my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days after we have confirmed your payment.

- Do you deliver to anywhere within Australia?
We deliver throughout Australia. If items are being delivered to areas outside of metropolitan areas there may be extra charges for delivery.
- What happens if I am not at home when the courier delivers my orders?
A note indicating that the item had been attempted to be delivered will be left and it will be the customers reponsibility to contact the courier to organise another delivery time. There may be extra charges in these cases.

- Why did I receive a different item to what I have ordered? What should I do if my item arrived with missing parts?
- Can I or my own courier pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, an option of "Pick Up" is available at check out. You can pick up your own order but you need to contact us first.
- Can you ship my order to my PO BOX address?
Some goods (small orders) can be delivered to your PO BOX address. But we can NOT ship large items or buldk orders (toilet, vantiy bowl, etc) to a PO BOX address.
- How do I change the shipping address?
If incorrect shipping address has been entered at the time of the order, please contact us immediately so the a change of address can be made before shipping the order.
To change the shipping address if you are a registered customer, please log into your account and click on "Address Manager", then click on “Edit My Address” (which is beside the “default address”) and fill out the detailed address information as requested. Click the “Save” button to finish.
